Does Shiftwell handle WPS payroll?
Yes. Each pay run builds the WPS SIF file from approved hours, with overtime, allowances and deductions split out, ready to upload to your bank or exchange house.
How does geofenced clock-in work?
Each site gets a radius, 40 m by default. Staff tap Clock in on the app, and a punch from outside the fence is flagged for the manager instead of silently accepted. QR and kiosk PIN cover people without a phone.
What does Shiftwell cost?
Core $5, Growth $9, Scale $14 per person per month, with no setup fee and no per-module charges. Annual billing is 20% less.
Is there a minimum team size?
20 people. Plans are sized for 50–500; larger groups get multi-site payroll and a named onboarding manager on the Growth and Scale plans.
Can staff clock in on a shared tablet?
Yes. Any iPad or Android tablet at the door runs kiosk mode with a personal PIN, and kiosk tablets are included on every plan.
How long does rollout take?
Send us one week of your current roster and we rebuild it in Shiftwell. Most 50–150-person teams are live in three days, with the first payroll run in the following cycle.
